What types of ingredients can I get on my Imo's Pizza?
Available toppings include: Extra Cheese, Onion, Green
Pepper, Sausage, Hamburger, Pepperoni, Anchovy, Bacon, Black
Olive, Mushroom, Canadian Bacon, Jalapenos, Pineapple, Banana
Peppers, and Tomatoes.
Imo's Deluxe and Veggie Deluxe are also available.

How will the pizza arrive to me?
Your pizza will be made within 8 hours of receiving your order.
We will ship your half-baked, frozen pizza in a Styrofoam
lined box with dry ice. You will receive baking instructions
and a receipt/thank-you letter.
YOU MUST PUT YOUR PIZZAS IN YOUR FREEZER AS SOON AS YOU
RECEIVE THEM TO MAINTAIN THEIR FRESHNESS. You can keep
them frozen for up to 3 months as long as they are securely
wrapped to protect from freezer burn.

Why is shipping included in the price?
Due to varying total weights, including shipping and handling
charges in our product prices is the best way for us to effectively
service our customers around the U.S. |

Can I send pizzas to friends and family across the U.S.
(including Hawaii & Alaska)?
Yes, we can ship pizzas or products to one address and bill
another. We will also be glad to include a special note with
your order.
NOTE: We will not ship to anyone located within an
Imo’s location area, including Missouri, parts of Illinois
(specifically Springfield, Granite City, Cahokia, Belleville,
Edwardsville, Alton, Bethalto, Collinsville, Columbia, Jerseyville,
O’Fallon, Troy, Waterloo), and Lenexa and Overland
Park, Kansas.

Could you explain the ordering/shipping process?
Once you place your order on our secured website, it will
be filled from an actual Imo's location within approximately
8 hours. Pizzas are made to order, half-baked and frozen.
Pizza are packed in a custom Styrofoam box with dry ice and
shipped by UPS Next Day Air. You will receive confirmation
that your order has been sent.
IMPORTANT:
We strongly suggest that the customer be home to receive the order.

What do I have to do once my pizzas arrive?
Just four simple things:

Be there to receive your order. Due to the way the pizza
is shipped, it is very important to receive your order,
take it out of the box and put it in your freezer immediately. |

What are the baking instructions for half-baked, frozen
Imo's Pizzas?

Preheat oven to 400' (gas oven), 375' (electric oven). |
| 2. |
Remove all wrapping and cardboard circle. |
| 3. |
Place pizza on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. |
| 4. |
Cook until pizza is golden brown on top and bottom.
(approx. 10-20 minutes) |
| 5. |
Remove from oven and serve immediately. |

Gas Ovens:
400' for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Electric Ovens: 375' for approximately 10-15 minutes.
OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY - CHECK ON
PIZZAS EVERY 5 MINUTES.
Note: Cheese pizzas take less time
to cook and may burn if left unattended.

How is the “per pizza price” determined
based on the quantity of pizzas ordered at one time?
St. Louis Style Pizza Coast to Coast would LOVE for
all Imo's customers to be able to have their favorite pizza
any time they have a St. Louis pizza craving - So enjoy! The
MORE pizzas you order, the better the price...for instance,
when you order:
For 10” personal-size
pizzas:
2 pizza minimum, the cost is $32.75 each. 3 pizzas for $82.50,
10 pizzas for $242.50, 21 pizzas for $483.00.
For 12” pizzas:
1 pizza, the cost is $38.75. 3 pizzas for $92.25, 10 pizzas
for $267.50, 21 pizzas for $519.75.
The “per pizza” price is determined by this pricing
scale, and is displayed with each pizza in your shopping cart.
Deluxe pizzas require an additional charge per pizza. “Per
Pizza” cost by quantity is as follows:
1 Deluxe pizza for $40.50. 3 pizzas for $105.00, 10 pizzas
for $327.50, 21 pizzas for $561.75.

I want to make my own Imo's Pizza? How much sauce and cheese
should I use on the shells and how do I cook it?
This is the most frequently asked question— there is no right
answer, but if you would like to reproduce an Imo's Pizza,
we suggest (per pizza):

½ to ¾ of a bottle of sauce
5-6 ounces of shredded Provel Cheese OR
8-9 thinly sliced slices of block Provel Cheese
½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning |
We suggest precooking meat toppings (Hamburger, Sausage,
Bacon etc.) before baking pizza. Spread pizza sauce on the
shell, place your meats on the sauce, and sprinkle cheese
over top. Refer to cooking instructions on the shell package.
Please note: Pizza is done when the underside of the crust
is golden brown, and the cheese is has a golden tint to it.

What is difference between the two Imo's Salad Dressings?

We carry two different oil/vinegar based dressings: |

A) Original Imo's Sweet Italian Dressing-This is
the original dressing that Imo's has been using for
over 40 years. |

B) New Imo's Vinaigrette Dressing- Made with
a special blend of Romano Cheese that gives it a zesty,
tangy taste. |
